Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are NOT RETURNABLE and all payments are NOT REFUNDABLE except for products that are satisfactorily proven to be defective in quality. If there is quality defect, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.
Product Defects
- All parcel will be packed in Ninja or DHL flyers. If the parcel is not in good condition upon receipt, please don't let the postman leave.
- Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
- Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
- Send us the photos and we will ship out a new package within two (2) working days.
- If you only detect the defect after you have opened the parcel,
- Take a photo of the defective product and send it immediately to our customer service
- We will refund your purchase price within two (2) working days.
- If you found that the product received isn't the same as what you ordered,
- Take a photo of the defective/different product and send immediately to our customer service
- If we have accidentally shipped the wrong product to you, you can return the wrong product to us and we will send you the correct product to you within two (2) working days.
